We have ample parking available exclusively for our members, and operate a very personal, friendly club with the calibre of equipment, services and amenities you’ve grown to expect from NRG.
Our classes are FREE, which is unique to our clubs, and we have a vast selection to choose from. They’re very popular, and working out in a class environment always generates great motivation-you’ll want to work that little bit harder!
