Gym Description: As part of your membership you are entitled to all of the following benefits:

Classes, assessments, personalised programmes and review programmes are included in your membership.
All members receive a starter pack on joining, which includes a life: health + leisure gym bag, swimming hat and 9 guest passes (worth €12 each).
All members are provided with complimentary tea, coffee, fruit juices and fruit in our Oasis room at every visit in addition to an assortment of magazines and newspapers.
Members are given one towel for their personal use at each visit.
Members discount in the Osprey Spa [20% Mon-Wed, 10% Thur-Sun]
"Kids Club" running every Sunday from 10.30 am until 12 pm. The first hour involves aerobics and games playing and then the children are brought to the pool for the final half hour.
