Message: Happy New Year, all. It's delightful to have celebrated the winter Solstice and the return of the light! Christmas brought its own indulgences, as usual, so for me this is a good time to start a new series of classes which will benefit my students and help re-establish a rhythm which includes the essential element of caring for yourself in a deeply beneficial way. This year I am going back to the format of a series of six classes. The series will cost €75 if you book your place and pay at the first class, which is on Wednesday 18 January at my usual venue, St Patrick's Recreation Centre on Church Road. The venue is as before, St Patrick's Recreation Centre at the north end of Church Road in Greystones.
