F.F.C want to bring down the barriers to fitness by creating affordable, friendly, state of the art classes, that welcome people of all fitness levels. We are here to help each persons fitness journey to be successful, enjoyable and most of all fun!
We are an innovative new company, established in December 2009 by Jakub Holy & Paul Poncar.

We currently run classes in Castlebar, Westport, Ballinrobe, Ballihaunis, Galway, Roscommon, Ballina, Castlerea, Clarremoris, Longford, Boyle and Achill.
