This will activate your very own computerised personal trainer to record and guide you and your workout session through to completion, thus enabling you to achieve better results while ensuring you are training using proper techniques. Combine this with your very own individual flat screen TV on each machine and your workout will never become monotonous. Instructors will be readily on hand should you need assistance.

The 20m pool & children’s pool has uniquely reduced chlorine level thanks to an advanced ionizing system which sterilises pool water as it passes through a state of the art filtration system.
