Fitness 4×4

Fitness 4x4 is a unique way of resistance training that uses all four limbs to simultaneously improve your cardiovascular capacity, your upper and lower body muscular endurance, strength, stamina and recovery capacity. Slightly heavier weights are used with a slower steady pace. The class duration is 30 minutes and is the perfect express lunchtime workout. It can definitely be described as” the fastest way to get fit”. Both Hour of Power and Fitness 4x4 are suitable for both women and men of all fitness levels and do not contain complicated choreography.
