Marlay Parkrun is a free weekly event which is open to all joggers and runners. The run takes place each Saturday at 9:30am in Marlay Park, Grange Road, Rathfanham.
It costs nothing to join in but it is important to register if you do plan on entering. Everyone runs for their own enjoyment and races against their own personal best times. So whilst it’s not a race you do have something to aim for to make the run more interesting.
This initiative is run entirely by volunteers and if you would like to help out then you can email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Open to runners/joggers/walkers of all abilities. Register on http://www.parkrun.ie/register/ before your first run and bring your paper barcode (included with initial registration email, so just print this and bring it along) to keep track of your times – See more at: www.parkrun.ie/marlay/
