This class engages your inner core, tummy and lower back muscles. Just by sitting on the ball your core muscles are engaged. The Fitball isn’t just for tummies; you can use the ball for a full body workout. It involves numerous exercises on the ball with some use of light hand weights. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It’s a super way to add new ideas to your program by learning new exercises on the Fitball.
