HIIT-FIT is a modified version of Cross-fit which incorporates cross-fit moves along with some pure HIIT intervals, with aerobic and anaerobic work to increase your thresholds in these key areas. Routines will all have a functional purpose with the idea of improving your power to strength ratio.
