Pilates

Pilates can be practised by people of all ages and at all fitness levels, even those who have done little or no exercise before. It is a slow and controlled form of exercise which increases the strength of stabilizer muscles that may not commonly be worked out in a standard exercise program. Pilates engages the mind and enhances body awareness and has been demonstrated to reduce stress and anxiety.
